Eligibility:
Must be an Illinois student attending a school in Illinois. Male and Female students are encouraged to apply. Scholarship is open to entering college freshman as well as current college students between the ages of 17-25.

Scholarship Description:
The Forestview Medical Center, Ltd Women’s Choice and Health Education Scholarship will be awarded based on the student’s essay discussing STD Prevention or a women’s right to choose as well as their plans to pursue a health related career. The essay should also include any action taken in the school or community with regard to promoting a women’s right to choose or STD Prevention.

Application deadline: June 15, 2007
Maximum Amount: $250
