Blackwell’s Scholarship Award - American Library Association


The Blackwell’s Scholarship Award honors the author(s) of the year’s outstanding monograph, article or original paper in the field of acquisitions, collection development and related areas of resource development in libraries. The award consists of a $2,000 scholarship to a U.S. or Canadian library school. The eligible applicant is a student concentrating in the acquisitions or collection development areas. This scholarship is sponsored by the American Library Association (ALA) and the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (ALCTS).
