September 11 Scholarship Alliance


Applicants must be dependent children, spouses, or domestic partners of September 11 victims and attending an accredited two- or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school. Registration and application steps are required. Families of victims are encouraged to register all dependents, including young children and spouses/domestic partners, as soon as possible. Application form (good for most Alliance programs, exceptions noted) is completed when graduating high school or enrolling in post secondary school or continuing pursuit of a degree for another semester/quarter.
