An incoming first-year student who is a resident of Colorado, Idaho, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Virginia, Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, who demonstrates academic merit and financial need, is presented this monetary award. Students must have completed at least one year in an accredited optometry professional program before applying. Applicant must be a resident of Wisconsin for three years prior to applying and a member of AOSA.
