Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited school of optometry and be a resident of the state of Kansas who demonstrates financial need. The student must maintain a “C” GPA. The applicants must agree to practice optometry in the state of Kansas one year for each year of scholarship assistance.

Application Deadline: August 15

Award: One or two $1,000 scholarships are available
