HEART OF AMERICA CONTACT LENS SOCIETY SCHOLARSHIP

Applicant must be nominated by the contact lens clinic staff of the respective college of optometry and be a resident of Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska or Oklahoma. They must have completed some CONTACT LENS courses and be a third-year student. Applicant must complete application and provide the following: a recent photograph, transcript of college and optometric education, and a list of three personal references.
