Requirements:

• Full time post-secondary student
• Minimum 2.0 GPA
• Must be a dependent child, stepchild or legally adopted child of an Army soldier on active duty, retired or deceased while on active duty or after retirement. Children of Gray Area Retirees are also eligible.
• Be unmarried for the entire academic year
• Be under the age of 22 on May 1, 2004

Amount: $900 - $1,900

Deadline: March 1st each year
