The San Diego Foundation - Common
The San Diego Foundation offers 26 scholarships that can be applied for with one common application. Each scholarship has specific eligibility criteria that were defined by the individual, corporation or organization when the fund was established. The criteria are listed under each of the scholarships offered (see website for more information). Most of scholarships require that applicants:

  • be a resident of San Diego County;
  • attend an accredited two year college, four year university or licensed trade & vocational school;
  • be a full-time student;
  • demonstrate financial need (FAFSA);
  • have a measure of academic achievement;
  • be of good moral character, and
  • be a legal resident of the United States.
