Clinton Scholarship Program in Dubai
The scholars program will give up to 10 American students per semester the opportunity to study and live in Dubai, immersing themselves in the culture and observing the economic and democratic development of a modern Arab state. This program advances the goals of the Clinton Foundation, as the students’ experiences will strengthen the capacity of people in the United States and throughout the world to meet the challenges of global interdependence and pursue racial, ethnic and religious reconciliation. President Clinton hopes and believes that participating students will return to the United States and not only encourage others to experience Dubai and other Arab States, but also share their understanding and knowledge of the Arab world with their communities.
