Minimum Qualifications:
- earned doctorate in educational leadership, or related field, from an accredited institution
- quality teaching experience at an institution of higher education
- expertise in quantitative research methodology
- experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees
- excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- administrative experience in an educational institution or organization
- successful grant writing and grant administration experience
- expertise in research methodologies, finance, law, policy, negotiations, curriculum and instruction, charter schools, school-site or central-office administration, and/or higher education administration
- experience with distance learning methodologies and technology.
