The Dr. Robert Rufflo Sciences Paper Contest is available to studentsenrolled at an accredited high school, two-year or four-year college oruniversity or a graduate-level program. You must have a minimum 3.0 GPAand submit a research paper, research review or critical essay in thesciences on a topic of your choosing. Your selection is based onquality background research and effective communication in writing.
