The Edison Scholars Program sponsored by Edison International is available to high school seniors who live in or attend a public or private high school served by Southern California Edison and plan to attend a four-year college or university that is located in or adjacent to Southern California Edison’s service territory. Review program guidelines carefully for information regarding eligible high schools, colleges and majors. This scholarship is part of Edison’s nearly 50 year tradition of investing in the future by making the dream of a college education a reality for deserving students.

Best Buy Scholarship sponsored by the Best Buy Children’s Foundation, is open to students currently in grades 9-12 living in the U.S. or Puerto Rico, who are planning to attend an accredited U.S. or Puerto Rico college or vocational school after high school graduation. Scholarships are awarded to students who volunteer time to their communities, excel in academics, and participate in extra curricular activities. This year the Best Buy @15 Scholarship Program will award 1,000 scholarships of $1,000 each to students.
The application must be completed electronically online; no paper applications will be accepted.

High school seniors in Wisconsin have until Feb. 4 to apply for scholarships worth up to $1,500 from the Wisconsin State Telecommunications Foundation.
The applications are available from high school guidance counselors.
Each year, local phone companies participate in the WSTF scholarship program, teaming up with high schools in their service areas.
In March, the WSTF panel reviews each application and selects 30 finalists based on applicants’ grades, academic achievements and extra-curricular activities. Scholarships are then presented in late May or early June during high school graduation or awards night programs.
